I think everyone is starting to get a bit scunnered with this weather, Ive had 3 semi clear nights since the begining of Oct, Ive been trying to get a deep image of M31 and so far have only managed Lum and the Red channel, rather than transit the scope once its passed the meridian ive also been moving onto M45, I had hoped to finish this one on Friday as the BBC were showing a good 6 hour clear period which turned out to be only 30 mins of hazy skies..

Im missing the green channel so made a Synthetic green, I thought that the background looked really patchy, however in the full res image this turns out to be faint nebulosity and ive confirmed this on other images.

Decided to process and post this one as like others im getting desperate ;-)

Its about 1.5 hours Lum, 1 Hour Blue and 1 hour red, taken though a TAK FSQ, Baader filters and with a SXVF H35 camera.

Im going to go back to this one and gather more data.
