what does everyone think about the

Helios Quantum 4 binoculars 10x60s?

Strange binocular.

too much eyerelief, keeps blacking out, eyepositioning is critical.

Sharp,sturdy. Brightness fair (but may be better). Nitrogen filled.

But... a very sharp view almost to the edge. Mounted on a tripod stars are sharp till 80% out of centre and even at the very edge they are not too bad.

That's the reason i bought it.

It's also NOT a 10x60 but more a 10x52-53 meaning it vignets, wich may have been done for the wide sharp view.
