Processing Ha Images taken with a OSC CCD

Hi all

Need some advice with the processing of some Ha images I took using my QHY8.

I’ve been told I need to strip out the Green and Blue channels prior to stacking but I’m not sure how to achieve this with the software at my disposal (maxim 4, Photoshop CS2)

Any tips will be appreciated.

search for astro anarchy.....JP metsaivanio uses a QHY for full colour narrowband.

When I used my DSLR for Ha, I would do the stacking and THEN discard the blue and green channels in Photoshop.
