collimating a 6" Newt with the eye

Hi Folks...Been reading up on Collimating with a Laser etc;..so...without that what is the method using the naked eye alone.

Should all images be concentric ie;the secondary smack in the centre of the primary ?At the moment the secondary appears slightly a smidge of centre in the primary mirrors reflection.I have noticed a small ring in the centre of the main mirror in the reflection.So should looking through the ep tube all look equal..Ta
