OXO
Well were into June now and sometimes June can put on a rather nice show of Meteors with a bit of luck.Although the evening twilight deprives us of really dark skies Meteors in the Constellation of Booties were the Bootids shoot out normally happens towards the end of the month around the 27th and into early July. Early June may hold some left over material from Comet SW3. Other Showers in the month inc Sagittarid's and also worth looking for June Lyrids around the 10th to 14th..As with all other Meteor observing sessions it's a good idea to have some warm clothes at hand as it does get cold at night even at this time of the year, a comfortable chair,Watch and note pad and pen for recording your observations.Quite month but still keep looking up and remember look out for fireballs during the day as Kain may well of captured recently.James
