Au contraire, Blue Streak as a launch vehicle had a 100% sucess rate. Politicians, rather than engineers messed it up - AGAIN.

And the one and only launch into orbit was successful as well, then the powers that be cancelled it!

Sounds like the Canadian Aero industry. We created the most advanced interceptor fighter in the world in 1958, then cancelled the program, and destroyed all seven aircraft, apparently because the Americans didn't want the competition. And all our aero technicians went to the US...
