No one has yet had the time to put it in there John. It was a lot of work to do this and I bet a fair bit to place it in Astropedia.

OK, I've copied and pasted this lot and made it all into a PDF file, had to do some formatting, like making the text black, removing the pale yellow which doesn't show up well on a black background, so made the subs as bold underlined.
