Hello my name is Jon and I live in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

I recently acquired a Skywatcher Capricorn EQ1 for very little money, I have had to source an alternative lens cover (improvisation) and replace a couple of missing bolts and now all seems serviceable. This is my first telescope and hopefully it will lead to greater things in the future. I'm a complete novice but........ Eager to learn and take note.
