I finally managed to get to view the Sun in Ha today I think I may have got a glimpse of this in my PST. Took a little while to get my 'eye in' again. 

Fingers crossed for more Aurorae :)

The amazing thing about one of the flares (it may have been the CME in this thread) over the weekend was that it was visible in white light. A very clear brightening and rapid explosion was evident in WL on a video I saw on CN. Wonder if anyone on SGL saw it?

I saw the bright flare so grab my phone when I looked back in the eyepiece it had shot a prom out in to space it was about 10 mm from the surface the prom was about 5 mm in size and over the next few minutes went out of the FOV

I was using my 60 mm DayStar solar scout with a 25 mm  eyepiece with 62 deg wide field of view
