Fysetc E4 Onstep Setup Problem

Hi mates, I've two doubts regarding this setup.

1) E4 comes with two variants - built in antenna & an external antenna. Which one will be more suitable for me and why?

2) Without the E4  do I need another circuit or anything like this in my controller box? or E4 will be sufficient?

Bro I wanted to build an Onstep Goto Controller

It's easy to understand that. Any options? BT? WiFi? Or simply OnStep controller <-> mount communication without extra features?

I don't want to be taken as rude, but please, should I be more interested in giving us as much detail as possible than you?

Take my pardon. I wanned to know if which one is better for my Onstep Goto Microcontroller... But anyway sorry for bothering you.
