M3 - Mixture of Exposures - 350D

This image was taken over different nights with the 350D at 800 iso attached to the 130 APO at F6. I have found it nearly impossible to get a decent length of clear sky for imaging.

The image consists of 2min , 3min and 4 min exposures giving about 60 mins in total. The background noise/gradients were difficut to remove.

Thanks , I must admit I nearly gave up. One night I managed 20mins after waiting 2hrs for the clouds to clear.

Good result though despite the weather trying it's best to spoil things.

Don't know if you want to try this to get rid of the magenta.

Great detail down to the core in that one,like it.

pretty good John ,some nice seperation in the glob , yes i got a load of gradient in mine as well butmanaged to rid it in Xterminator.

What "worries" me that it took several goes to get 60mins of decent frames ( chucked loads out) but the sky just never seems to be completely clear. I chose M3 because it was quite high up and globs are easier to get a decent image with the 350D.
