Onstep on DOB config help

Hi guys just finished my onstep setup on my DOB but I'm having an issue with star alignment. I've played with some settings and managed to get closer to tracking from one to another but it's stopping half way.

 

My setup to the dob frame

nema 17 with 100:1 gearbox

Driving gear 20t mod1

Driven gear(on the telescope) 150t 

 

Now I've used the excel file to determine the steps per rev but the onstep I have is the v4 by terrans with the console panel to adjust settings (comes up with 26k steps) 🤣 so I must have done something wrong 

 

I just need a lil help figuring this last bit out...

 

Also I get a funny error of out of pole when zeroing on izar and arcturus
