I have implemented a basic debayering and channel balancing algorithm, plus a super simple default linear stretch.

An important part of coding is having a second pair of eyes looking at any code you write. As a lone coder I have always been missing that, but more recently I find AI is actually doing a good job of peer review. For example, while AI could not write a good debayer routine, it was able to read my code and point out a few typos and logic errors I had missed. Annoyingly, it is better at naming variables than me!
