A very large Lagoon and Trifid

Both neighbours were imaged for 16 hours, in a 2 panel mosaic. The original image is too large to upload so I had to reduce it. 

Lots of detail can be seen in both nebulae, as is a globular cluster, and scores of  little reflection- and dark nebulae. 

The varying density of the milky way is also well seen in the image. 

 

Sharpstar 140 + asi 6200 - a FoV spanning almost 3 by 4 degrees.
