Earth Moon and Sun Orbiter - Issues not received

Subscribed to the Build an Earth Moon and Sun Orbiter when it came out, but have only received three issues. Issues 1, 4 and 5 arrived the same day but nothing since. Telephoned them a couple of weeks ago and they said they would send issues 2 and 3 out but nothing has arrived. Makes me wonder if I should cancel.

Has anyone else had trouble getting their issues?

I have had exactly the same problem. Received issues 1, 4 and 5 after countless phones calls and nothing else since. Payments have been taken from my account and they have my correct address so can't actually see a problem.

have called them regarding the missing issues, but as yet not received. They have assured me that they are going to be with me within the next 2 weeks. This is the 3rd time I have re-ordered them.

Have you had any luck since your posting of message?

Funnily enough the missing issues 2 and 3 turned up at noon today just as I was about to call them again. Better late than never I suppose.
