Mobile Hair Salon Required...........

Last night, while fairly clear, was damp and the lens of my camera misted up quite quickly. If my research is correct my scope did not suffer too much because of the tube length (is this correct ?)

So, I wondered if a little battery operated hair dryer could be used to keep the air round the lens moisture free?

Any thoughts, or other ideas :?
