Looking for some advice, does anyone know if the Skywatcher 2" Dual Speed Crayford Focuser For Explorer Models, will fit a Skywatcher 300p Flextube Dobsonian?

I cannot answer your question, directly, perhaps you could post the screw-hole separation measurement, if you know it.

Yes I do,

Not sure of the measurements of the Dual Speed Crayford Focuser, but the Skywatcher single speed Measurements are in the pics below
