2023.05.21 Sun WL - 3310 region

Seeing today has upgraded from bad to medium, so I spent some time on imaging the Sun. I made the images below using Celestron SCT8 and ASI290MM camera at 2 and 3m focal lengths. ND5 Baader foil in the front of the telescope and Ha 35nm filter in the front of the camera.

Have you thought about the new Altair 2nm G-Band filter from Altair Astro ?     

I've just read Alexandra's review on Solarchat and the results are pretty amazing , might just treat myself as a very early Christmas present.

I was not aware of this filter until now. It looks promising, and I am thinking about it as well
