Gti goto help

Hi my first time on here i need your help with the sky watcher star adventurer go to gti mount , i can polar align ok then do a 3 star alignment then pick a target but the mount is way off. It will slew and has even hit the body of the mount it's self but usually points in totally the wrong direction what am i doing wrong ?

Is it exactly level in all three axes? I have the 'X' version and it doesn't like being out of true.

Hello,

If it's a long way off, it's often caused by the location or date/time being wrong.

How are you setting those with the Adventurer?

Are you using it in EQ mode or Alt/Az?
