Astro Buy Sell UK website problems?

Anybody else having problems accessing this site? I have been getting ‘technical problems with the site’ for some time now.

Sometimes it won’t open for me if I try to open it on an existing page. It redirects me to a link which also won’t open. I have to open a new page and sign in again anew.

I have actually just gone on there to place an add, and it never asked me to log in, just went straight to my account, which is not correct at all….so something is wrong with it…😮

Can I suggest people delete their cache? It sometime helps.

All seems in order with me too, using Apple iMac.

That said, its a little dated from the user experience point of view, and is well in need of a refresh and modernisation.

It should be in the settings of your browser. On Firefox, there are three little horizontal lines top right of the screen, click on that, then down to settings, then down to privacy and security, then down again to the cookies and site data, then click clear data. Done. Too long since I used another browser, but there should be a settings option. If not there is still third party software, that will do it for you.  ( CCleaner ? ) Hope that helps.

Or alternatively, if you launch a "New Private Window" in FF, it will have no connection (including cookies and passwords) with your main session, i.e. a blank slate for each website. It's a useful option if you only need a one-off session.

Seems to be down again. I know that they had a hosting problem last week and was down for at least a day.  Anyone else not able to access it at the moment?

Not working for me at 12:40. Comes back with a Cloudflare fault.

It's not unusual to have difficulty connecting to ABS...

Just checked 12:58 and it's working for me! Has had a lot of issues lately though.

Down again for me, this is becoming a real issue for them, but if they will insist on using cloudfare then theses issues are not at all uncommon…and to be expected
