Please help identify telescope

I recently picked up this telescope from goodwill.  I looked for a plate or sticker and couldn’t find anything that has any identifying info other that whats on it. Google didn’t help much. Can anyone help?

It's a Meade DS-114.

The tube is too far down in the rings; it will be unbalanced. Try moving the tube up a bit by loosening the two silver knobs on the rings.
