Venus last night

Imaged at just under 3 metres focal length through my TEC140 refractor with 3x Barlow and ASI662 camera. The best 15% of around 15,000 frames captured with exposures of around 0.8 milliseconds. Not sure if this camera is sensitive to UV or not so don’t know if it is worth investing in a UV filter?

Nice image. Your image has some clouds if you stretch it a bit harder, ignoring the edge rind. Your camera should be sensitive in UV according to this but I would recommend to remove the AR window as it cuts 15% of the UV signal (be careful how you store it afterwards to avoid dust in the sensor).
