Well maybe just for me.  Unusual for me, I rarely image the Moon now.  But yesterday (27/3/2023) was a gorgeous day after weeks of cloud, in the early evening the Moon was high and bright and seeing quite good, so I couldn't resist it.  And wanted to see how my almost new (last Autumn) SharpStar 140 would cope with the bright Moon.  Which I think you'll agree it has done so admirably.  This is a mosaic of two images, each the result of stacking 25 from just over 100 frames using my monochrome GPCAM3.  There's a full size (700Kb) image on my web site - worth a look imho.  Pity it wasn't clear for the recent Moon challenge!

Cheers,

Peter
