Hi all! I have been into astronomy for pretty long time but only in the past 6-7 years I was able to afford finally to get an observing equipment. I used to have 8, 5, and 5 inches Newtonians but I found them to be too difficult to move around. What I needed is more portability so I decided to go for bino stargazing for DSOs and a small telescope for the Solar system.

Speaking of which, I own a TS Optics 20x80 Triplett Semi-Apo binos and the SKyWatcher 102/1300 SkyMax Mak.

I am looking forward to learn a lot for the stargazing here and, if possible, to contribute to the newcomers by sharing my experience.

Cheers,

Bobby

Welcome to SGL! I think everyone should have a good set of Bono’s for those sweeping Milky Way views.
