Hi and Newby here but straight out the box I reckon I've got a dodgy SNAP port. I already had a 2.5mm lead from a Pluto trigger so tried that as I hadn't realised there wouldn't be a supplied one (optional extras?) however it seemed very loose and, sure enough, the triggering was been all but non existant. Triggers when plugged in but not via the APP or the onboard presets. I've messaged the sellers but as it only arrived three days ago feel rather chumped by this. Anyone had similar?
