It's amazing how much detail you pull from your images of the sun.
when it barely clears the horizon and is often obscured by clouds both visible and invisible.

Thanks, it is challenging this time of year but I think the etalons on the ha scope are particularly good, it is a bit hit and miss with lunt and coronado scopes. Also I think they're well matched too. The Cak filter too is bang on line so easy to pic out cak proms.

Hi Steve, sorry I'm only just getting back to you been out all day. Its the long focal length version f9.45. I use a 0.5 redecer for full disk with the lunt cak b1800 module. Hope that helps.
