fwm891
A reprocess of LDN1235 (the Shark). Circa 45 subs ranging between 300s and 600s processed in PI to linear phase then BlurETraction applied followed by StarEXtraction. Star layer and shark layers then processed separately and recombined with pixelmath. I hope you don't mind the reprocessing...?
saac
No, keep them coming because it is good to see what different processing achieves especially with the newer software tools. These are amazing imho. Jim 1
carastro
Looks really good Francis. I don’t mind reprocessing but it would be good to see the comparison to previous version and tell us what you have done differently. Carole 2

Looks great Francis and it makes the nebula really ‘pop’ out from the previous version, where I think it got lost in the sea of stars. PS - time to change you signature 😉 I spy my camera! 1

ollypenrice
That's a mind-blowing improvement to the structures in the dust (which are, in your new version the best I've ever seen.) I think my StarX reprocess is going to need a starX + BlurX re-re-process now! Olly
gorann
Yes, a great improvement Francis! One comment: in the new version bright stars and the blue (and some yellow) areas around them have been blown out. There is more details in these areas in the first version. When that happens to me I try to select the best of each version. If you have PS, you can put the old version as an invisible layer on top of the new one and blend in some of the old with the brush tool where the old version is less blown out. Maybe as a luminosity layer (experiment with blend mode).
