I'm so sorry!

I've been away from telescopic stargazing for a few years, and instead just stuck with my binos,

But yesterday I decided to purchase a barely used Sky Watcher 90mm refractor, so It's safe to say the next month will be overcast, and for this I am truly sorry!

After seeing Jupiter and the Galilean moons through the binos (somewhat shaken) earlier this year, I just had to get another telescope (I really wish I'd never sold my Mak).

Clear skies to all.

We probably all have peaks and troughs in our enthusiasm, and sometimes life just gets in the way, so no need to apologise. Your 90mm refractor should complement your binoculars well, and at 90mm you should be able to spend many enjoyable hours observing the Moon, planets, double stars and brighter deep sky objects. :icon_cyclops_ani: Welcome back!

I have several refractors, but I'm thinking about getting a 90mm and maybe selling a couple of the bigger ones.  I'm slowly coming to the belief that a 90mm is probably a "Goldilocks refractor "  for me right now.

Enjoy!

BTW, I got a new 72mm around the first of December - it's been 100% overcast almost the entire time since.  🙄
