First M42 for me this season

I couldn't decide between the as shot widefield or a crop - so here is both.

Redcat, asi2600 and no filters. 1 hour of data as that's all I get in a night. 120 sec subs

M42/3 are so giving in terms of data in a short period of time, very nice indeed.

+1 for crop, I usually like nebulae set in wide field but this is so contrasty and beautifully detailed it needs to be appreciated closeup.
