Pixelskies, E-Eye?

Hi all -

With the consistently poor weather in Ireland, I'm considering moving my RC12 rig to one of these two places in Spain. I know a few here host there - any pros or cons that would help me decide against one or the other?

My rig is at PixelSkies and the service is excellent.  It's a while ago now but at e-eye I think you had to manage your own roof although I may be wrong. At PixelSkies they manage the roof and place the telescope so it can always shut wherever it's pointing.

I am not sure how many places they have left so I recommend contacting them soon.

Happy to answer any specific questions you may have.

I was second in and am now there longest standing client.

I've got a place at Pixelskies but it isn't yet set up (waiting for a mount).  But they've always been very helpful and communicative.  Have no experience with E-eye.

Hey Peter. I’m in a similar position as yourself. You make any headway on evaluating the various hosting services. Or maybe you already got yourself setup?
