I have made app Collimation Circles, to help with telescope collimation process. App was inspored by Mire De Collimation written by Gilbert Grillot and Al's Collimation Aid. You can get it here: https:github.com/sajmons/CollimationCircles.

Nice! I’ve tried Mire de Collimation but not Al’s. The slightly awkward thing with Mire is resizing the circles which you can only seem to do by dragging the window bigger- having a numerical scaling feature looks like a big improvement. Like the Ocal tool- neat! If only you could adjust focus of the camera too ;) This should be great with a guide cam or webcam though- I’ll give it a go.

(small typo- should be thickness)

Mark

App remember it's state after closing and load that state on start

Hi. great app.

Thanks for the effort. Here are some pics.

BTW, I have some sugestions. Could you define fixed keys for resizing of the selected circle. Because if i click the keys of resizing for instance, when i get to the image and move the arrows it changes the resizing but if i change the position of the window, and i move the arrow keys, the window moves.

Thanks so much. I really like this software.

It might be useful to others, many zwo planetary cams fit inside a 2" focuser and the included wide angle lenses work well for collimation.

How did you manage to get focus please? I tried with my ASI224mc with no joy.
