Spur of the moment session

I was definitely not expecting the skies to clear last night, so color me shocked when i looked outside and saw clear skies.  I grabbed then 10 inch dob and pulled her outside for a 20 or 30 minute session.  I have to say that it was the best sky i have seen in a while despite the moons efforts to mess it up. I cut it short because i wasnt really dressed for 23 degrees F with a breeze.  Still it was nice not to see clouds.  Now who says a 10 inch cant be grab and go

It was more about how a ten inch can be a grab and go when the weather grants you the chance LOL

I'm surprised at how much observing I can do if I take advantage of sucker holes when it's cloudy.  YMMV.

Brilliant Mike I've had three pristine nights here and not been able to enjoy them had both toe nails removed been bandaged up so couldn't wear shoes or boots.
