Hi all,

Totally new here. I have quite a bit of experience in photography, however none in astrophotography. Just purchased a Celestron skysense lt127az for my Dad for Christmas, but after reading in to the subject a bit, I'm thinking it's something I'd like to get into as well! I'm interested in photographing nebula, but I have no idea what sort of equipment I'd need for this. I have a fuji XT1 mirrorless camera, but I don't know if adapters are available for these, or whether I'd be better off with a monochromatic camera & filters.

Welcome to SGL.
AP is expensive per se.
It’s commonly agreed to start over with what you already have.
You could buy a star tracker (Star Adventurer or similar). 2nd hand if possible. Use any lens you have. Fixed FL better than zoom.
Just my 2 cents.
