Manfrotto tripod nomenclature- how does it work?

I have a Manfrotto 190 3-section carbon fibre tripod. 
What is the next model up, I.e. next step up in load-bearing capacity?

Is it 055? But That number doesn’t make sense. How does the numbering work?

How does the numbering work ?

I've no idea, it seems random to me , it doesn't relate directly to , for e.g. the largest tube diameter .

I own an alu 190 and an alu. 055 , and the 055 (which is a couple of decades old and has been my primary photo tripod for all that time)  is a definite step up in all respects, it takes an AZ5 and 127 mak with no problem.

Each series seems to be numbered so the higher the number the lower the capacity.

I have the 055Pro and a 028b with the 028b being the larger/ stronger tripod.
