WO RDF Dewing up

Just bought a WO RDF and found it totally fogged up on friday.

Any thoughts on how to cure this.

A small resistor attatched to a dew heater would do it. Except I cant find the post anywhere that had pics . . . .

I use a 12v portable hair dryer and it clears it pretty quick.

I had the same problem on Friday, as you no doubt noticed! Normally I'd have just blast it with the hairdryer. As long as I can see the brightest stars it doesn't really matter.

I would try ringing Maplin at the Metro Centre Michael.

Alternatively Halfords might have one - sometimes listed as a "defroster".

I use a 12V hairdryer but for a finder a cardboard dewshield is cheaper and more effective. Hairdryer removes the dew then it all comes back again after a while. A dewshield stops it happening in the first place.

Portable Jump Starter and Air Compressor > Maplin

Thanks for your replies. Might try to make some sort of dew shield during the day/when it's raining at Kielder this week. If that doesnt work then I will look for a 12v Dryer.
