Televue eyepiece cap

Hi,

any idea where to buy original Televue reversible eyepiece cap? It seems it is not a common item even at TV dealers.

(please do not advice that I should print it on a 3d printer)

TeleVue only sells these direct to consumers.

It's possible there is a distributor in the UK, but I don't know if there is or not,

I received an unbelieveable response from astroshop.eu: TV dust caps are out of production by the manufacturer.

Telescope House sourced a few TV caps for me two or three years ago, so maybe worth asking them.

It was in fact 20th April 2018, so I was a bit out..

It is true that TeleVue has switched to single-sided caps on most of their eyepieces, so it is possible the dual-sided versions are no longer being used.

However, a lot of stock still has the dual-sided caps.  Only a call to TeleVue will provide the truth of that.
