On average there's around a 3 minute gap between captures. 7 captures in all. Starting at 04:15 and finishing at 04:46 AM (UT 03:36) Hence the background levels changing throughout. Encroaching daylight. So 31 minutes in total.

Yeah makes sense. Mono is bland and RGB building. Too much faffing. And that's just images. let alone animations. Single shot might not have the last word. But its close. 

Will be better in darkness.

Depends Mark. I dont work as i am a full time carer. But often it takes it out of me and I do sleep. 

One reason my astronomy is able to do unsociable hours is my situation. As stay at home carer.
