There's always a chance

Hi I went out at various times to try to observe the Sun but only for a brief look due to the clouds and showers, I did not notice any sun spots  through my 6se with filter of course.

The Moon was visible but as the sky was very bright the view was  very pale.

Later in the evening I switched to my Skywatcher 127 skybox and the seeing had improved but it wasn't long before the clouds rolled in.

At approximately  9 30 pm  it looked like seeing was improving so I set up my 4 inch refractor and had some good views but the Moon was going behind the trees so I called time  and poured a G&T all pic s by phone
