waysto enjoy astronomy

Hi its Ash,   im still confused as how i can do astronomy indoors.   I'm always on the internet but online telescopes are a no no as they cost a lot and i have to edit the images myself which i don't fancy doing.   I go on the night skies network website to see who's broadcasting, it can be solar broadcasting, planetary or deep space.   People don't often broadcast but when they do i enjoy it.   I've started reading Planets by Brian cox,  it's about the solar system, how it began to it's future.    I'm enjoying it as im learning about our solar system.   Should i read Astronomy magazines aswel?    So for stargazing,  should i watch night skies network and aswel as that read books on astronomy?   What astronomy sites could i look at if no one is broadcasting on night skies network?
