ISS and Discovery

Hi all,

I've just seen with my naked eye the most brightest sight of the ISS and Discovery traveling through the sky heading from South West to East south East that I have ever saw.

Obviously, it was traveling really fast so i couldn't see it in time to set up my scope but the image was much brighter through my bins.

Did anyone else see then this evening???

Yes!! I just posted about it in the 'other' part of the observing forum, probably the wrong place really... it was really bright wasn't it? I've not got another sighting to gauge it against as this was my first time, but it was amazing. Changed to a lovely orange colour as it moved away too.

was amazing was waiting for it even called my gf out to see it she was amazed buy it too.

first time i`ve seen it, suprised how fast it was traveling, real bright, thought it was an aircraft at first, amazing ran in to tell the wife, she says have you, with no interest in her voice while getting ready to go out !

I saw it and so did the wife and daughter and what amazed me is they were interested in it.
