Celestron NexYZ phone holder and which eyepiece?

I’ve got a Celestron NexYZ phone holder and am trying to use it with my IPhone 12 Max.  Most of my eyepieces are 2 inch and seem too big for the NexYZ. It seems to get good reviews but I haven’t had much luck with getting any images with it. 
 

is there an eyepiece that people use and get good results? Thinking of getting a Baader zoom one…

I am surprised you have not been able to use the Nexyz with your 2” eyepiece. It  is close to its limit but perfectly possible for me. https://astro.catshill.com/astrophotography-and-the-dobsonian/
