Atik Infinity and Windows

I have used the Atik Infinity software for years without a problem on a Surface Pro Win 10. But lately it crashes. I went to a new Dell PC and in this case the infinity software freezes. after first image. The Atik customer support is of no help. Any ideas? Thanks
