Player One Neptune Bayer reticle

hi..can you help me to understand? i m not an expert

Player One Neptune 2 C and Sharpcap.
If i record the Sun  in MONO 8, when i load the ser both ans mono or any combination of Bayer option, i see the reticle. 
If i record in RAW 16 in Mono i see reticle, in Bayer just with some combination (as you can see in the attached images). 
If i record in RAW 24 i don t see reticle both in Mono or RGB. 
Whuat is the problem? explain me how is best to record becasue i m not expert of Sharpcap. 
Suggest me the best procedure to use this camera for planetary imaging.
