Using Ekos to control Canon 600D

Recommended Posts

Good evening,

I've recently started using Astroberry on a Raspberry Pi 3b for autoguiding and I want to control my Canon 600D through it as well. I've tried using Ekos connected to the Pi with a Mini USB cable and it takes the images, they're the right length and ISO etc. However, in between exposures it takes about 18 seconds saying it is downloading the image before it starts the next exposure. This seems like it is wasting a lot of imaging time, is there a way to only save to the SD card on the camera or to speed up the download?

Thanks
