Problems with ASI Air Pro and the Celestron Electronic Focuser

Hi guys and girls ,so this happened today ,good thing i started early to setup ,after everything is mounted and went to start the AAP and it wouldnt recognize the CEF  , its connected via usb to the AAP and also to feed power to the focuser , what am i doing wrong ? any help would be apreciated ,thanks again

Is the AAP compatible? Their usual approach is to keep everything in house like Apple.

im thinking no at this moment , i tried to make it work ,but i been wanting to change to a zwo eaf ,since my other telescopes thats what they have  ,but this af its on a Celestron 8" that i like and want to get working ,

As @900SLsaid the celestron focuser probably isn't compatible with the asiair pro. Worth asking on the zwo forum too.

thanks guys ,going ZWO eaf way then ,but quick question ,for those with multiple telescopes, do you buy an eaf for each one of your rigs?

No other focuser is compatible with ASIAIR. Yes I have an eaf attached to each of my scopes as it's easier and not a quick job to change between scopes, especially when using an SCT and a refractor.
