Schrocters Valley session from 14.01.2022

Noticed this feature looked well positioned this night, so despite the fact everything was dripping with dew i thought i would have a quick look. 

It was still so close to the terminator, i think it might have been better a few hours later. The conditions were much poorer than the previous night.

Great result Pete. I observed it at around the same time, not the normal illumination I see it at but looked excellent. Love the long shadows being cast over Herodotus 👍

That’s a good one Pete. I always find this area very difficult for some reason. Not sure why !

Great photo. With out realising it on the 14th of Jan I was looking at Schroders Valley and surrounding area, I now know this is the area I was looking at thanks to your photo!
