Plate Solving woes in APT

Your exposure is to long for Astap , short exposure work better for Astap try 4 seconds  ,I use APT and use Astap for near solving and blind solving if it fails then increase iso for platesolving , I use a zwo533mc and default iso in settings is 100 you may need to tweak to suit your camera .
