Arzachel, Thebit and Rupes Recta 11/01/2022

Hi all,

Last night I was able to take a quick look at The Moon and noticed that the terminator was very close to a zone I like to gaze at: Rupes Recta and its surrounds:

I was astonished to see the shadow projecting from that linear fault so, of course, I had to make a video capture and process it 😇:

The gear:

• Celestron CPC 800 GPS XLT
• GSO dielectric mirror diagonal
• GSO 2.5x barlow lens
• Optolong IR685
• Risingcam GPCMOS02000KMA (Sony IMX290 mono)

The software:

• ToupSky
• Autostakkert
• RegiStax 
• The Gimp
