Dither question

I have a question about dithering. I've been doing it for a while, but must confess I just left the settings within NINA as default. What are the recommended settings for a DSLR? My setup is as follows:

Main scope - SW 130PDS, Canon EOS600D

Guide scope  - SW ST80 with ASI 120MM mini

With the same imaging setup, I use around 10px (if I remember well). I use APT + PHD2.
