Horsey and Flames From Last Night

First Light with TS-Photon 150 with the coma corrector (baader mk3). Coma corrector works well, but Alnitak not kind at all to newtonians - massive reflection of spider into the frames. Used Ha to reduce, but impossible to get rid off.

Alnitak is always a problem child with this shot but you've captured some very nice detail in the HH and flame. Very nice!

Apart from anything else, I imagine this is showing it's in serious need of collimation!

last night, I shot the same target with my altair 80ED and asi533 OSC - for comparison.

I am having similar halo problems with my f4 photon. I think it is the reflection between the sensor and the filter. I have decided to avoid bright stars! Oh, I also brought a Stellamira 90mm triplet to make me feel better😄

Looking at the green channel you've posted up there, I'd say you did a good job processing it out - it's not really that visible, and doesn't detract from the overall image.
